Since the company was started a little over a decade ago, significant changes have occurred in the key areas that we operate in, and the traditional role of social work continues to be an increasingly complex and difficult one. Our company aim remains the same – to help you understand or manage better, the problems and opportunities that your organisations and management teams face in this sometimes uncertain world of overseeing, commissioning or delivering social work services. Our services are led by three experienced directors who have had direct exposure to many of the aspects that drive, shape and influence social work, ranging from for example, policy analysis, strategy formulation, performance improvement and information management right across professional, organisational and political boundaries. A team of associate consultants who have a wide experience of public sector reform provide us with additional capacity to work with clients. They also have extensive operational track records in programme and project management and transformational change and have helped clients exceed expectations and produce good results in difficult circumstances.
